The DualBoot® LED patch cable has been specifically developed for use in offices, industrial environments and data centres. Its robust cable construction ensures that the electrical transmission performance can only be adversely affected by excessive mechanical force. The combined shielding, comprising individually foil-screened pairs and an overall braid with 65% coverage, together with the 360° shielded RJ45 connectors, provides maximum data transmission reliability. The patented method for easily identifying the corresponding connectors significantly improves operational reliability and virtually eliminates the risk of patch cables being disconnected unintentionally. When the detector is applied to one end of the patch cable, both RJ45 connector housings are activated and illuminate. Service identification can be added retrospectively using colour-coding clips. An RFID tag can also be retrofitted for automatic network identification. Fire classification: B2ca.

The use of an unauthorised detector may damage or destroy the DualBoot® LED patch cable.
