In ZVK’s Sheet Metal Fabrication business unit, all types of sheet metal, including stainless steel, aluminium and steel sheet, are processed in accordance with customer requirements. The components are surface-finished, for example by powder coating, polishing or brushing, customised using methods such as digital or screen printing, and subsequently assembled and packaged.

Like ZVK as a whole, the Sheet Metal Fabrication business unit’s site in Klatovy is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Before approving a product for series production, we always prepare initial sample inspection reports. In our quality assurance department, production results are checked using a Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex C 544 CNC coordinate measuring machine. Any necessary corrections are identified through a target-to-actual comparison and implemented immediately.
