MONA® Housing 1U
The MONA® 1U Housing is an enclosure for pre-terminated fibre-optic cabling solutions. In data-centre environments, it is suitable for trunk cables, breakout cables and splicing solutions. The housing enables straightforward migration between multifibre and two-fibre systems while providing maximum packing density. It can accommodate up to three different pull-out trays, or module carriers, each with a height of 1/3U, suitable for Corning EDGE™ and Corning EDGE8® plug-in modules.
The system can be installed by a single person without specialist tools.

Capacity When Fully Equipped with Three 1/3U Trays:
- Maximum total capacity: 72 × MTP® or 144 × LC
- 144 fibres using LC ports, equivalent to 72 LC duplex ports
- 576 fibres using 8-fibre MPO/MTP® ports
- 864 fibres using 12-fibre MPO/MTP® ports
