preLink® RJ45 Extender Cat. 6A ISO/IEC, shielded
The preLink® Extender provides users with a cable connector of the highest quality and flexibility for 10 Gbit Ethernet transmission. Existing data cables can be reactivated and extended to the connection point. The space requirement is minimal and the limited space in the cable duct or distribution cabinet is used optimally. The extender is simply placed in the duct or screwed to the wall. Once installed, the extended cable can be used up to the maximum link length for 10 Gigabit Ethernet transmissions and supports 4PPoE (Power over Ethernet). The preLink® Extender can also be used advantageously in the consolidation point as a connector for installation and flexible cables. It is shielded and can be reconnected. The two cable termination blocks are quickly, securely, and reproducibly assembled in less than a minute per side using preLink® assembly pliers. This enables perfect assembly quality and reliable transmission performance.
The housing material is made of nickel-plated die-cast zinc and meets the highest environmental and mechanical requirements. The preLink® Extender is supplied with cable termination blocks for installation cables (AWG 24-22) and can alternatively also be equipped with cable termination blocks for flexible cables (AWG 27-26).
